You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph74 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph74 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ph74 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address when requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.
ph74 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. ph74 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. ph74 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. ph74's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph74 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph74 is not liable for any loss arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
ph74 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on ph74, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph74 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
